Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 8122e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

My printer is stuck on black screen with HOME and BACK buttons lit. The power button is also on and won't turn off. If I remove the cord from the back and plug back in I get the same issue. When I unplug and hold the home and power buttons then plug in still holding the screen lit with HOME and BACK....sequence then home back home back home home does nothing.
