HP8600 can't print custom size envelopes

On Windows 10, HP 8600. Trying to print Christmas card envelopes 4.87x6.38". Get paper size mismatch error. Have read through entire log on the subject and tried a few things. Tried adding a printer and selecting the 9800 or 6940 drivers. They don't exist any more. In print server properties I added the special form, but it does not show up in Word 2019.

Any thoughts?

I understand you are not able to print on a card envelope. This size envelope is not supported by the printer.

Kindly check the supported size under the Paper-handling specifications on the printer specifications page. 

Kindly use compatible size media. For assistance in printing, refer to - Print on envelopes with an HP printer
