HP8620
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I am trying to perform full re-install of the HP8620 software/drivers. The Printer is configured and I can print on it, but all the other software cannot be installed (like scanning, etc)

When I try to install with package (OJ8620_198.exe), it recongnize my printer (show it with the righ IP/MAC), the installation start and after some 6-7 minutes terminate with error that cannot find the printer...

Any idea what to do?

Thanks
