Note to Moderators, feel free to move as could not find appropriate forum location.

Hi All,

Bought a 9012e and registered, expectation is full 3 year warranty, 1 year base, 1 year additional due to HP+ and I then registered for the warranty bonus on the website for +1 additional year.  However I noted on the warranty lookup only 2 years is showing and the wrong start date.  I can't tell if the 2nd year was due to my registration or HP+, I did get an e-mail that seems to indicate my registration on the "bonus warranty" site, but then it would be missing the HP+ 1 year.

I opened a "dispute warranty" and am just wondering from other community members, is this normal, does it work itself out in the end?

Than ks for any input....

The process can take a few days before you hear back. If you have not heard after five days you may want to contact HP to give them a prod. Phone Assist Worldwide | HP® Official Site
