“HPDeviceMonitoring.framework” will damage your computer popup window

Pop up window keeps showing up every few seconds.  Found that if I am offline, then refresh rate is slower.  If I uninstall the printer, will it go away?  Other applications will not launch until "OK" is clicked.  Interferes with any streaming video or audio as well.  Which is really annoying.  One nasty trick for this time of year.  Didn't even get the opportunity to give a treat.

I solved this problem by updating the printer drive for my particular printer (https://support.hp.com/us-en)

There are lots of internet articles suddenly about this topic, none of them worked for me. Updating the driver worked for me.
