Hi,
The printer does not offer any duplex scan capabilities, only auto duplex print capabilities are offered.
You may use HP Easy Scan to scan both sides manually, it will guide you to reload the other side of the batch and re-arrange the pages by order.
You may follow below video which show similar steps, with the exception that for your printer only a manual option will appear, and then the pages will rearrange:
