HP 6830
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I previously installed an HP 8610 Officejet laptop.  I uninstalled it becasue the printhead needed to be repaired.  I installed an HP Officejet 6830.  I receive a message on startup indicating that it cannot locate HP Officejet Pro 8610/HPStatutsBL.dll.  I uninstalled the 6830, scrubbed the registry, ran CCleaner, Wise Care 360 and Glary Utilities.  I searched the drive for HPStatusBL and it was not found.  How do I eliminate this startup message?

Welcome to the HP Forums 🙂 I would like to take a moment and thank you for using this forum, it is a great place to find answers.

From File Explorer type %appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup into the address bar and press Enter.
Delete the Monitor Ink Alerts shortcut of the Non-Existing printer and the error should no longer appear.

Let me know if this helps.

If the information I've provided was helpful, give us some reinforcement by clicking the Accepted Solution and Kudos buttons, that'll help us and others see that we've got the answers!

Thanks!

Have a great day!
