HP Recommended

Unable to check my ink levels and check printer settings that i could do in SOLUTION CENTER since i couldn't go into HP Solution Center.  This earlier post by Bmj8084 from 2021 worked for me! 

 

"I open a document in Microsoft Word.  Go to File, Print, Printer Properties, Color, Printer Services.  There is a Device Services, Information, and Estimated Ink Levels.  Under Device Services, there are Print a Diagnostic Page, Print a Test Page, Align the Print Cartridges, Clean the Print Cartridge(s), Back of Page Smear Cleaning, and Paper Feed Cleaning.  Under Estimated Ink Levels, there is a graphic showing color and blank ink levels.  I have an HP OfficeJet J4580."

 

Looking for the options when i went into FILE, PRINT in a word doc i was able to access HP PHOTOSMART PLUS B209a-m Toolbox.
