HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

I have made a clean Windows 11 install. After installing latest drivers for my  HP LaserJet Pro MFP M28w Printer, connected with USB cable, the printer is recognized in Device manager and Control panel. The port is set to USB001. I can print a test page and printing from MS Word works.

The scanner does not work. HP Scan app says "LaserJet not found". Photoshop also can not scan. I can start the HP LaserJet app but HP device Toolbox wont start with error "There is a problem communicating with the printer...". I can start the HP Smart app and printer is recognized with message Printer is out of network (??!).

It's mandatory to install full package software/driver from HP website
