Need to know how to reset printer as have moved, so new wifi and ive forgotten the password when i try and wireless direct print or airprint.

That is the only way to reset the printer. I suggest contacting our technical support at http://support.hp.com/us-en/contact-hp if you are unable to restore the network defaults. You can try to do a restore factory default through EWS.
Give Kudos to say "thanks" by clicking on the "thumps Up icon" .
Click "Accept as Solution" if it solved your problem, so others can find it.

I had a similar problem with a deskjet printer 3720.
After searching for a long I finally discovered that the admin passwords of the printer only allow passwords up to 16 characters (never got any warning about it though). As my password was longer I was finally able to login when I entered the 16 first characters of it.
