Operating System: macOS 12.0 Monterey

Have trouble sign in the HP Smart

 

Always says "Find the open browser window, then sign in to your HP account.
Note: The window might be behind another open browser or minimized."

 

But there's no browser window pops out. 

 

Anyone knows how to figure out?
