Cannot fully download an update Full Webpack-116-Full-Webpack.

On activating download it carries out the first 4 stages okay then ask if it has downloaded I tick to not sure box

the next page  shows a box the top section say download colpleted.  However inthe center of this box it says Download Cancelled. I have repeated the excersiize serveral times but no luck. Can anyone advise.

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

 

Here's what you need to do:

  1. Uninstall HP printer software, and then remove the printer from your Devices list. 
  2. Restart the PC
  3. Close all programs
  4. download only this complete package: HP ENVY 4500 e-All-in-One Print and Scan Driver and Accessories 
  5. Close all programs
  6. Open up the run command with the "Windows Key + R" key combo > in folder Downloads click on the EXE,
    File name: HPEasyStart-13.4.8-OJP9010_49_10_4647_1_Webpack.exe (310.0 MB)
  7. The installation was completed successfully, now you must ...
  8. Restart the System again
  9. Now the installation is complete.

Document error messages accurately, even better is to take a screenshot of it and upload here.

Many thanks for replying and I apologise for my late response .

I will try following your instruction and see how I get on. Not very familliar with computers and their workings etc., but will see how things go.

The printer is set to download any updates, and to date it has worked well. It appears something has gone amiss for some reason.
