I am trying to set up my printer I have tried on my phone and laptop but it get to the same problem. When I come to connecting the printer to the device to install the driver on the laptop or connecting it on my phone. I have tried many time, switching it off at the wall and leaving it for a while before I try again but nothing is working. I have got it to the stage on my laptop where it shows up as a printer in the app but it says it is offline and when I go into printer setting it say the installation statue it not install. But to do this and fix it I have to add and printer or scanner in setting but the printer is not coming up as an option. Just for reference the printer has WiFi as the light by the WiFi symbol is sold blue, my laptop is on the same WiFi and there are no error on the little screen display. Please help I need to get this set up so I print stuff for my Uni course
