Hi, I am having issues with alignment of the printer head when printing stuff from any device. The printer keeps cutting off the bottom 10% of the page I want to print out. I have done the alignment calibration using the printout and scanner but this is not fixing the issue. Is there anything else I can try?

@Superty11, Welcome to the HP Support Community!
Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding the head alignment of your printer!
We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.
I understand how frustrating it must be to see your prints getting cut off at the bottom, especially after going through the alignment process. Let's try a few more steps to get this sorted out.
Check Paper Size & Margins
Open the document you’re printing and go to Print Settings.
Ensure the paper size matches what’s actually loaded in the printer (e.g., A4, Letter).
Adjust the margins—sometimes, the bottom margin is set too small, causing the cut-off.
Print a Test Page
On your Windows 11 PC, go to Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.
Select your HP DeskJet 2852e, then click Print a test page.
If the issue appears on the test page, it’s likely a printer setting issue rather than an app-specific one.
Check Printer Preferences
Open Control Panel > Devices and Printers.
Right-click your printer, select Printing Preferences, and ensure:
Borderless Printing is disabled.
Fit to Page is turned on if available.
Try a Different App or PDF Format
If you're printing from a web browser or word processor, try saving the file as a PDF first and then printing it using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Some apps don’t handle margins well, so switching formats can help.
Update/Reinstall the Printer Driver
Visit the HP Support website and download the latest driver for your printer model.
Uninstall the existing printer from your computer and reinstall it using the updated driver.
If you've tried all this and the issue still persists, let me know! We can explore further troubleshooting options. 😊
Take care, and have an amazing day!
