Hello, I am trying to connect my HP Envy to my WiFi but the keyboard on the printer only has letters

HP ENVY 4502 -- The keyboard in the printer Set Up mode only has letters --- I need digits to enter the password for my wifi network so I can connect the printer to my wifi.

I understand that you are trying to connect the printer to the router, I am glad to assist you.

If you are unable to find the numbers on the printer display, you can use a USB cable to connect the printer and then change it Wireless connection.

You can easily change to a wireless network connection. You will need a wireless 802.11b/g/n network that includes a wireless router or access point.

Before changing from a USB connection to a wireless network, make sure that:
● The printer is connected to your computer with the USB cable until you are prompted to
disconnect the cable.
● The computer is connected to the wireless network that you intend to install the printer on.

1. On the Start screen, right-click an empty area on the screen, click All Apps on
   the app bar
2. Select Printer Setup & Software.
3. Select Convert a USB connected printer to wireless. Follow the on-screen instructions
