Hi,

I have HP Support Assistant installed. I have 1 only a HP Deskjet 2630 Printer. The assistant is suggesting there are two printers present. I find this confusing as it seems to be the same printer with different serial numbers. I have only just managed to get the printer working correctly after several months following a dreaded Windows 10 update.Ashampoo_Snap_05 February 2021_10h26m00s_004_HP Support Assistant.jpgAny help would be appreciated

I reviewed your post and I understand that the HP support assistant is showing two printers.

 

Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.

 

Are you facing any issues printing?

 

Meanwhile, I recommend you uninstall the HP support assistant from your computer and then install it again on the computer and check whether the issue is resolved.
