I am trying to install the software for the HP Photosmart D110a printer on my MacBook currently running OS High Sierra v 10.13.6. (My laptop is older and will not run a newer OS). When I install the driver software from here: https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-photosmart-e-all-in-one-printer-series-d110/4023...
it will complete installation and then the software is nowhere to be found on my system. I've tried to install it several times now and nothing? I also tried to use HP Easy Start but the software is not on there for this printer.
Please help! I am not the most tech savvy and appreciate anything!

Hi,
The software above is a driver solution, you should not find it in your applications folder.
Make sure the printer is ready and connected to the Mac, open System Preferences > Printers & Scanners and click the plus sign, select your printer, and then select its name within the Use drop-down menu and the printer and its scanner are added.
Also, install HP Easy Start from the app store to use your scanner:
