Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

I am getting an error message saying I must be administrator with administrative rights to install my new brother printer.  I have been guided online to go to settings accounts and other users, however there is no other using option available. I have spent hours and would be very grateful for help. Operating system is Windows 11 Microsoft 365.   Thank you.

I understand you are facing an issue with your HP Product  Administrator for a personal laptop . Not to worry I will help you to get a resolution to resolve the issue.

 

To assist better:

  • May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
