Hi @9garralda9,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out about your query regarding your printer!

We're thrilled to have the opportunity to assist you and provide a solution.

Try these steps:

Check Internet Connection:

  • Ensure you have a stable and reliable internet connection.

Disable Firewall/Antivirus:

  • Temporarily disable any firewall or antivirus software that may be blocking the download.
  • Remember to enable them again after the installation is complete.

Use HP Support Assistant:

  • Download and install the HP Support Assistant. It can help with downloading and installing the correct drivers for your printer.

Download Driver Manually:

  • Download the USB driver manually from the HP Support website:
    • Go to the HP Support website.
    • Enter your printer model (HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e).
    • Select your operating system (Windows 11).
    • Download the USB driver (Hewlett-Packard - USB - 58.2.1778.23178).

Run as Administrator:

  • Run the downloaded driver file as an administrator:
    • Right-click on the downloaded driver file.
    • Select "Run as administrator."

Compatibility Mode:

  • If the driver is still not installing, try running it in compatibility mode:
    • Right-click on the driver file.
    • Select Properties.
    • Go to the Compatibility tab.
    • Check the box for Run this program in compatibility mode for:
    • Select Windows 10 from the drop-down menu.
    • Click Apply, then OK.

Windows Updates:

  • Ensure that your Windows 11 operating system is up to date:
    • Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update.
    • Check for updates and install any available updates.

Temporary Files and Cleanup:

  • Clear temporary files and perform a disk cleanup:
    • Press Windows + R keys to open the Run dialog box.
    • Type %temp% and press Enter.
    • Delete all files in the temporary folder.
    • Run Disk Cleanup from the Start menu and clean up system files.

I hope this helps.
