Operating System: Chrome OS

Trying to add a HP1606dn printer manually using static IP address to an Acer chromeboook 

I use the manual add, enter name and IP address with no problem. On the next screen it asks for printer and model but unfortunately the HP1606dn is not listed. The other option is browsing for a ppd file.

 

Lost how to manually add HP1606 printer to chromeboook so it's a saved printer. 

 

Appreciate any help.

Try adding the printer with the HP Print for Chrome app and then check for any difference:
