Product: HP ENVY 6020e All-in-One Printer
Operating System: iOS

Hi first time on here and not sure if this is in the right section. Have a high pitched noise like radio interference but really load. Happens even if the printer is off or on standby. Only way to stop it is to kill the power. Updated drivers and made no difference. Any advice is much appreciated.

This could be because of dust particles in the printer. Follow these steps to clean the ADF's pick rollers and separator pad. Gather the following materials: A clean, lint-free cloth, or any cloth that will not come apart or leave fibers.
