macOS 11.0 Big Sur

HP Officejet Pro 9018.  I replaced the "K" cartridge as required.  The printer is responding to prompts & printing on our iMac desktops, but the home screen on the printer is frozen.  It acknowledges that a new cartridge has been installed, but it does not react to the OK button & remains frozen.  I have turned the printer on & off and unplugged it as well.

I understand that your printer screen is frozen, I am glad to assist you.

I am sending you a private message with the steps to reset the printer. Please check the mailbox icon at the top-right corner of this screen.
