I purchased my printer several months ago, connecting it to my Windows 10 PC using USB cables. When I finally tried scanning a document, I went to "HP Smart" and followed the steps, but the document wouldn't scan. I thought perhaps I had not set up the "HP Smart" app correctly, so I tried doing that. Now, I only get a blank screen when I launch the app. Also, the control panel on the printer is now unresponsive, only displaying horizontal lines.
