Product: HP Laser Jet Pro 200 Color M251NW
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a security bulletin listed for my printer, but when I go to the URL for Contracting HP, I just go around in a circle.  Does not seem to be a way to reach a live person, and the Virtual Agent has no idea what I am talking about.

 

Anyone know how to implement the security bulletin?

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

 

HP has provided firmware updates for impacted printers as set forth in the table below. To obtain the updated firmware, go to the HP Software and Drivers page for your product and find the firmware update from the list of available software.

 

Firmware version - 20150112 (or higher)
