@srsndguru, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

To print a FedEx size return label using your HP ENVY 4510 series printer, you need to adjust the print settings either on your computer or through the printer software. Here's how you can do it:

For Windows:

  1. Open the document or return label you want to print.
  2. Press Ctrl + P or click on the Print option.
  3. In the Print dialog box, click on Printer Properties, Properties, or Preferences.
  4. From the Paper/Quality tab, select the paper size that matches the label size you want to print.
  5. You can also set the Print Quality option to the highest available for better output.
  6. Click OK to save the settings, then proceed to print.

For macOS:

  1. Open the document or return label you want to print.
  2. Go to File > Print.
  3. Select Show Details to see more print settings.
  4. From the Paper Size menu, select the size that matches your label.
  5. Ensure that Scale to fit is enabled if the label size is smaller than the full page.
  6. Click Print to start printing.

Using the HP App

  1. Open the HP app on your device.
  2. Click on Print Documents or Print Photos.
  3. Select your document and then proceed to the print settings.
  4. Choose the appropriate Media Type and Paper Size for the FedEx label.
  5. Adjust the Quality setting if needed, then click Print.
