Hello

 

I have moved to France and am trying to setup Instant Ink subscription, but my account seems to be still in UK despite me changing the country on it.

 

How can I make this work?

I understand you’ve moved from the UK to France and are trying to set up your HP Instant Ink subscription, but your account still appears to be registered in the UK. Let’s go through some steps to resolve this:

Verify Account Country Settings

Log in to your HP account at HP Account.

Go to Profile → Personal Information → Country/Region and check that France is selected.

 

Check Instant Ink Availability

HP Instant Ink subscriptions are region-specific, meaning your UK subscription cannot be directly transferred to France.

Confirm that HP Instant Ink is available in France at HP Instant Ink France.

 

Cancel UK Instant Ink Subscription (if needed)

If your subscription is tied to the UK account, you may need to cancel it before creating a new subscription in France.

Make sure your current printing credits (if any) are noted, as they may not transfer.

 

Create a New Subscription for France

Sign up for HP Instant Ink in France using your existing HP account, but select France as the country during the subscription setup.

If the system still defaults to the UK, try logging out and clearing browser cache or using a different device.
