Operating System: macOS 11.0 Big Sur

Hi, I tried for days to reset my printer, I have no access to the menu (an error message regarding cartridges prevents to do the 4X back command). I tried with the "blue screen" holding the power button at start-up, that pressing  home / back / home /home. I see the menu "reset" appearing, but the reset button doesn't respond. There is also no way to reset via the webpage. I'm getting desperate...

If you find an answer on this please post here. A firmware update has broken my Officejet 8600.
