Hi @Honeybee57,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
The HP ENVY 5055 printer does not have a specific "Minimum Margins" setting. However, you can try to achieve the smallest possible margins by following these general steps.
Access the Printing Preferences:
- Open the document you want to print on your computer.
- Click on "File" and then "Print."
Select your HP ENVY 5055 printer:
- From the list of available printers, choose your HP ENVY 5055.
Access the Printer Properties:
- Look for an option like "Printer Properties," "Preferences," or "Advanced Settings." The exact wording may vary depending on your operating system and printer driver.
Adjust the Margins:
- Within the printer properties, look for options related to margins or page layout.
- Set the margins to the lowest values possible. Some printers may have a "Fit to Page" or "Borderless Printing" option that can help maximize the printable area.
Preview and Print:
- Before printing, use the print preview option to check if the margins are set to your satisfaction.
- If everything looks good, click the "Print" button to start printing.
Please note that the minimum margins are usually determined by the printer's hardware limitations and the paper size you are using. If your printer does not support borderless printing or has specific hardware-imposed margins, you won't be able to completely eliminate all margins.
If you have a newer printer model or if HP has released new drivers or software updates after my last update, it's possible that the printer settings or features have changed.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
