Unable to reach live HP rep. Any suggestions how to do so. Virtual assnt no good. My new HP smart tank printer did not have the printer heads in the box and need HP to send to me. Also, my warranty for new printer says expired. However I just bought it end of May so it will not give me support. I checked with Best Buy. The date that HP shows is the end of the 1 year warranty from the time that Best Buy received in store. I need to have this updated to the date I purchased from Best Buy.
Appreciate the help.
Thanks

Welcome to the HP Community --
The HP Store does not sell that model -- they do sell this one:
https://www.hp.com/us-en/shop/pdp/hp-smart-tank-7301e-all-in-one
There are several places where the product description mentions that the ink and all you need to use the printer are included in the 'sealed-new-in-box" printer purchase.
Perhaps there is an explanation from your place of purchase about why parts of the "in the box" experience were missing.
? The store might not allow you to return the product after this long but they might be willing to check whether the product was supposed to be brand new "sealed in box" or was a demonstration model, for example. Have your receipt ready.
OK - Moving on...
True - New product Warranty typically starts at time of completed manufacture -- If a product sits on a store shelf for a while, the time "ticks down". Rationally, the Warranty is restarted when the customer purchases the product and registers the new device at HP.
The Warranty date can be fixed to reflect date of purchase.
Submit a Warranty Dispute form.
I've added the "how-to" information later in this message.
True - At this point, right now, you cannot trade on service for a warranty not yet active.
I will forward a request to our Moderator team about the warranty and the missing parts.
Should there be a response, look for a message here before the agent uses other means to contact you.

Warranty Dispute
The original warranty date is set at manufacturing and perhaps by the merchant who sells the device to the consumer.
If the warranty details of your product are incorrect, submit a dispute through the HP warranty validation website.
