That printer was designed for XP or Vista. According to this blog it can be used with the Vista 64bit driver.
That driver can be found here
Make sure NOT to download any driver helper or click on any page that is an advertisement or has "ad" in the title.
Alternately, if your PC has enough memory, you can install the Linux subsystem in windows. The printer requires special consideration as discussed here
To make this work, you would transfer the document to the linux subsystem via a shared folder and then print the document using ubuntu or the whatever distribution you used when setting up linux. This could be automated for you by asking any of the free AI bots to create a linux task to automatically open a file, print it, then delete it.
