Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

Hi everyone. I want to install HP Smart on my Windows 7 PC. Is there any way to do that? I couldn't find the direct link to the app. And I don't have Microsoft Store? Any help?

This is in order to get the driver for my Deskjet 4100 series, i only find drivers for Deskjet plus F4100 series (or D4100).

Hey Andr-1611,

Thanks for the quick answer but as stated it is not a Deskjet Plus nor a F4100. I tried your links just in case but it isn't working either...

Unless i didn't understand and there is only one model of Deskjet 4100 and my system is 64-bit not 32 ?

Have a nice evening !

Hi JackJoy,

In your opening message you have selected Windows 32-bit

Andr1611_0-1683666334187.png

But this is not a problem, because the drivers automatically detect the correct system, 32- or 64-bit!

But we are already talking about Windows 7 64-bit?

Now for your printer:

There are only these Deskjet printers.
I now need the product number or the part number.
You will find this part number = PN on a label that is:

  1. in the printer or
  2. on the back or
  3. underneath the printer.

Then we'll see.

Hi again,

First of all here is my PN : [Personal Information Removed]

If the drivers detect the system automatically that's nice i just don't know if i'm on 32 or 64 bits ^^

With your list i think my printer should be the first one (HP Deskjet 4100e All-In-One series) because other drivers didn't work.

Thanks for the help !
