Good morning Dragon Fur - Thank you for your help. I was at my customers yesterday because I am aware of the web utilitys printers/copiers have and if the printer was networked I could do that, unfortuneately it is not. I went into the control panel and tried to find the usge count through printer propeties but no luck.

A quick check of the User Guide provides the following:
Check toner-cartridge status
Check the supplies status page for the following information:
● Estimated percentage of cartridge life remaining
● Approximate pages remaining
● Part numbers for HP toner cartridges
● Number of pages printed
The printer prints the supplies status page when it prints the configuration page.
