Answer
Headers / Footers and related fields are controlled / added within the document.

The printer is unaware of the of these fields and cannot add this type of data.
Create the data within your document > save the document > submit document for printing
For example,
Word: Add a URL link, select that Quick Parts > Field > Select Field type > enter the required information.
Examples - Word > Insert > Quick Parts > Field
Example 1 - Word > Insert > Quick Parts > Field examples
Word_Insert_Quick_Parts_Page-of-Page_Author_PrintDate_1
The next example shows how to add a "Print Date" field.
Word_Insert_Quick_Parts_PrintDate_1
Details / Additional Information (Read or ignore)
An exception: Document "borders", that is, an added "box" (plain or decorative) that is added around the page content
At least in Windows (and printer software installed), the "Add border" option can be accessed / generated at the time the document is opened / viewed / submitted to the printer. I cannot tell you whether the "add border" option is even available in whatever print applications are used in ChromeOS.
Good News
Unlike many DeskJet printers, this model does support smaller margins all around (every side, including the bottom).
Print Margin Bottom (A4) | 3.2 mm |
Print Margin Left (A4) | 3.2 mm |
Print Margin Right (A4) | 3.2 mm |
Print Margin Top (A4) | 3.2 mm |
All data in the document, including borders, headers / footers and all related fields and content, must be inside the minimum margins supported by the printer.
This printer - unlike some DeskJet models - supports Borderless printing.
Borderless Printing | Yes, up to 8.5 x 11 in (US letter), 210 x 297 mm (A4) |
That said, borderless printing might only be available for certain paper sizes, paper types, and / or content types. For example, borderless printing might be available for a 4x6 inch photo / image printed on photo paper - but not available on a document of a custom size or on plain paper. "Depends on the printer".
