How do I cancel a print job?

@Keypoke, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

Cancel Directly on the Printer (Touchscreen Panel)

On the printer’s home screen, tap the "Cancel" in the display if the print job is active.

This stops the current job from printing immediately.

Cancel from Windows 11 Print Queue

Click the Start menu and open Settings > Bluetooth & devices > Printers & scanners.

Select your HP OfficeJet Pro 8025 from the list.

Click “Open print queue”.

Right-click the print job you want to cancel > click “Cancel”.

Confirm if prompted.

Restart Print Spooler (if jobs are stuck)

Sometimes jobs get “stuck” and won’t cancel properly.

Press Win + R, type services.msc, press Enter.

Scroll down and find Print Spooler.

Right-click it > click “Restart”.

This clears the queue and resets the print system.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
