Hey there! @61West86,
Please share the printer model name to assist you better.
Are you using any application to print from the phone?
Try updating the smartphone software version to the latest version and check if it helps.
Try the steps recommended below to change the paper settings.
Open app store and download and install HP smart app.
Open HP smart on your mobile device.
Select the picture or document you like to print.
Select print.
Select paper size you like.
Select more options
Under scaling select fit to page.
Go back select print.

Thanks for sharing the product details.
What is the paper size you are trying to print from the smart phone?
Did you try the steps recommended in my previous post about changing the paper size from the HP smart app?
Also, try the steps recommended below.
HP recommends you confirm that the printer has the same size paper that you selected for the HP Print Service Plugin.

Open the item you want to print, tap the menu icon
, and then tap Print.
A print preview screen displays.

On the print preview screen, tap the down arrow
to select a printer.

Tap the down arrow
to open the print settings menu, and then tap the down arrow
under Paper size to view the options.

I understand that you are unable to print wallet size.
Please let me know if you are getting any error message while printing.
Which application you are using to print?
