  • Make sure your HP Deskjet printer is selected in the printer list.

Printer Properties:

  • Click on Printer Properties, Preferences, or Setup depending on the application.

Change Orientation:

  • In the print settings, look for the Orientation option.
  • Select Landscape instead of Portrait.

Adjust Page Layout:

  • Ensure the page layout settings match your document size.
  • Check if there is a Fit to Page option or equivalent to ensure the entire document is printed on one page.

Print Preview:

  • Always use Print Preview to check the layout before printing.

Print Document:

  • Click Print to print the document.

2. Check Print Settings (Mac)

Open Document:

  • Open the document you want to print.

Access Print Dialog:

  • Go to File > Print or press Command + P to open the print dialog.

Select Printer:

  • Make sure your HP Deskjet printer is selected in the printer list.

Show Details:

  • Click Show Details to expand the print settings.

Change Orientation:

  • Under the Layout or Orientation section, select Landscape.
