How do I change the limit of pages to print.? I need to increase it from a limit of 14.

I am afraid, this Deskjet 2600 has more capability up to 14, as it goes up to 9 limit of pages to print.

Apologies, This printer's limit shows only up to 9. I am afraid it may not go up to 14. You may try and see if that works.
