Hi @ronaldward,
Welcome to The HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I understand you are trying to change the language on your HP OfficeJet Pro 9134e from Arabic to English, follow these steps:
Power on the printer if it's not already on.
Access the printer's control panel (the touchscreen display).
Go to the "Settings" menu: On the home screen, look for an icon that resembles a gear or wrench (this represents the settings menu).
Navigate to Language Settings:
On the settings screen, look for an option that might be written as "Language" (اللغة in Arabic).
If you can’t find it immediately, you might have to scroll or look for an icon related to language preferences.
Select Language:
Tap on the language option.
You will be presented with a list of languages. Choose "English" from the list.
Confirm: Once you select English, the printer will apply the new language setting. It might take a few seconds for the change to take effect.
After this, the printer's interface should be displayed in English.
Let me know if you need further help!
Refer to this document: HP OfficeJet Pro 9135e All-in-One Printer User manual

I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.

I installed HP Virtual Assistant for attempt to solve this problem. It is AI Bot. Was sent a bunch of Arabic words which could not be found on control panel, menu, settings or elsewhere. Do you know the spelling of the Arabic words that might work? Cannot get in the wipe the printer and reset the factory settings because of license warning about possible bad actors
