I have old emails that print on top of any Word or PDF documents I send to my printer. I've never had a problem like this before. I disconnected the printer's power and restarted it, but I still have the same issue.

The most common cause we see for this is someone loading used paper on accident and printing on top of old information. If you  do need to reset the best option is to perform a factory reset.
