I'm using 2 computers that do not use wifi. Is there a switch I can use that will allow me to switch between the two, or do I need to constantly switch wires?.

You state no WIFI but are the 2 computers attached to a network via a wired connection? If yes, then you install the printer on one computer and then share the printer on that computer and the other computer will be able to find it as a shared network device.
