I recently started having two issues with my OfficeJet Pro 8715 All-in-one printer. Initially, the HP Envy laptop would not see the printer wirelessly. I ended up getting a printer cable and I was able to connect to the printer. Thereafter, I am no longer able to scan in PDF format. I believe that a complete uninstall and reinstall is required. I would appreciate assistance with doing the complete uninstall and reinstall. Note that I also have another printer, an HP OfficeJet Pro 7740 without any issues the last time I was in my primary residence in Mexico.
