Hi @87kpass,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Yes, you can perform a factory reset on your HP DeskJet Plus 4152 printer to clear all existing settings, including the Wi-Fi network configuration. Here's how you can do it.

  • Power on the Printer: Make sure your printer is turned on.
  • Reset the Printer: Locate the reset button on your printer. It might be a small hole labeled "Reset" or "Reboot." You'll need a paperclip or something similar to press the reset button.
  • Press and Hold: Insert the paperclip into the reset hole and press and hold the reset button for about 5-10 seconds. You may need to use some force.
  • Release: After holding the reset button for a few seconds, release it.
  • Wait: Allow the printer to reset completely. This might take a minute or two.
  • Setup Again: Once the printer has reset, you'll need to set it up again as if it were brand new. This includes connecting it to your new Wi-Fi network.
  • Follow Setup Instructions: Follow the on-screen instructions on the printer's display or use the HP Smart app on your computer or mobile device to guide you through the setup process, including connecting to the new Wi-Fi network.

After completing these steps, your printer should be reset to its factory settings, and you should be able to connect it to your new Wi-Fi network without any issues.

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
