Hi @373616,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
To enlarge a copy on the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148-M149, follow these steps:
Enlarging a Copy on the HP LaserJet Pro MFP M148-M149
Load the Document:
- Place the original document face-down on the scanner glass. Align it according to the guides on the glass.
Access the Copy Menu:
- On the printer’s control panel, press the “Copy” button to enter the copy mode.
Select Copy Settings:
- Use the arrow keys or touchscreen (depending on your model) to navigate to “Copy Settings” or “Copy Options”.
Choose Resize or Enlargement:
- Find and select the “Resize” or “Enlargement” option. This may also be labeled as “Reduce/Enlarge” or “Scaling”.
- Enter the desired enlargement percentage (e.g., 125% for 25% larger copies). Some models offer preset options like 100%, 125%, 150%, etc.
Confirm and Start Copying:
- Confirm your settings. Press “Start” or “Copy” to begin copying the document at the enlarged size.
Check Copy Output:
- Once the copy process is complete, check the output to ensure it meets your expectations. If needed, adjust the enlargement percentage and try again.
Additional Tips:
- Consult the User Manual: For specific instructions related to your model, refer to the printer’s user manual.
- Check Printer Software: If you have the HP software installed on your computer, you may also have the option to adjust copy settings directly from the software.
- Adjust Paper Size: Ensure that the paper size you are using can accommodate the enlarged document.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
