Hi @nothappeningevr,

Welcome to the HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query. I will be glad to help you.

To wipe your HP LaserJet Pro M203dw and erase all personal settings before donating, you can perform a full NVRAM initialisation (factory reset). This clears local cache, wireless network settings, and any preferences.

Follow these steps:

  1. Turn off the printer.

  2. Press and hold down both the Resume and Cancel buttons.

  3. While holding those buttons, press the Power button once to turn the printer on.

  4. Continue holding the Resume and Cancel buttons for about 20 seconds until the Ready light turns on, then release them.

  5. The Ready and Attention lights will blink, and the printer will eventually return to the Ready/setup state.

I hope this will help.

Take care and have a good day.

I'm an HP Employee.
