HP Officejet Pro 8500A e-All-in-One Printer - A910a

It's suddenly become painfully slow or just refusing to print. Problem occurs on iMac (running Big Sur) and on two laptops running Windows 10. Docs just sit in the queue forever.

I see that HP Officejet Pro 8500A E-All-In-One Printer - A910a is printing very slow.

 

This issue may occur if the firmware is not updated.

 

Please download and install the firmware update on the windows computer connected to the printer from this link 

 

You may also refer to this document to know how to update the firmware from this link
