My HP DeskJet Plus 4155 stopped working shortly after purchase a couple years ago... Beyond frustrating and cannot get HP help...   Can anyone help?  It's say it will not connect to internet and no driver installed...

Can you try to reset the printer back to factory defaults?

After doing a Reset to Factory defaults, use HP Smart to  setup and connect the printer to the network.
