How do I get an envy 5660 printer to address size 6 3/4 envelopes

In printing addresses on envelopes, the printer does not recognize # 6 3/4 envelopes.  Any suggestions?

Which software do you use to print envelope ? Many people use Microsoft Word and use Custom Size option as shown

I believe the problem is with the HP envy printer.  I can use Windows -mailing-envelopes and it will display the 6 3/4 size however, when I go to the printer to put the envelopes in, I get a message on the printer "Did you change the paper?" and then it lists paper, photo, envelope sizes.....but doesn't include the 6 3/4 size as an option.

Select size "Custom" at the printer panel.

Check / Adjust / Retain the Paper at the Printer Panel

Open Printer Tray,

If you have not yet done so, add desired paper type

Close Tray

IF applicable for your printer:

On the printer control panel, Click Modify (wording varies), set the paper size and type, Click OK

NOTE:  If the size of the Paper Size is not in the Drop-down list, Select Custom
