I can see the manuals in the manuals page, setup guide, but cannot get them to download. How do I get them?

This page won't open https://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05543371.pdf  there are supposed to be manuals, but they're not there.

That last link worked when I used Edge instead of Chrome. My security settings in Chrome may have been an issue. Thanks!
