How do I install a new GP70N external Drive?

HP asks me to enter the S/N and when I do, it states that it is incorrect.

Thanks Irwin6. Shortly after your response, I realized that it’s a plug in item and I didn’t have to find a drive. As you can tell, I’m kind of a novice when it comes to equipment. In any case, I appreciate your response.
