Welcome to the HP User Community.

 

Unfortunately, beyond Windows 8.1, there is not even a listing to use the Windows Built-in Drivers.

Short Answer:  The printer is not supported in Windows 11.

 

If you can do so, it is time to replace your trusty printer hardware....
